Animated Museum of Us Letter: Personalized Photo E-Card with Gilded Frames and Visitors' Book

The Museum of Us: an animated photo love letter and personalized ecard where every one of your photos gets its own gallery room, delivered as a private link they can open on any phone.

A very small museum, admission for two. They tear the ticket, unhook the velvet rope and walk into a dark green gallery. Each of your photos hangs in its own gilded frame under a picture light, with a brass plaque: a title, a date and one line. They walk from room to room, and a little gold heart hides in every one. When all the hearts are found, the glass case in the last room unlocks and they take out your letter, which is written onto the page in ink, line by line. Then comes the visitors' book with your curator's note: they sign their name with a finger and pick a comment for the pen to write. At the gift shop, a postcard with your first photo on the front turns over, the pen writes Happy Anniversary and it is stamped Open forever.

How it unfolds

1. Tear the ticket and unhook the velvet rope
2. Walk the gallery, one photo per room, and find the gold hearts
3. Lift the glass case and take the letter
4. Your words are written in ink, at a gentle reading pace
5. Sign the visitors' book, then turn over the postcard from the gift shop

A calm, original piano piece plays in the background (it can be muted with one tap).

How it works

1. Place your order. In the personalization box, write their name, your name and the day it all began, and upload 3 to 6 photos in the photo box.
2. After ordering, send us a title, date and line for each photo, your letter and a curator's note in Etsy messages. If the photo upload does not work for you, just send the photos there too.
3. Within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your details, we send you a private link here in Etsy messages.
4. Share it with them by text, WhatsApp or email, or open it together.

If anything should change, just reply and we will fix it.

Good to know

• This is a digital item. No prints, frames or postcards will be shipped.
• This design needs at least 3 photos. Clear, well lit photos look best in the frames.
• The names, photos and words in the listing images are a demo. Yours will show your own.
• Sound starts after the first tap, as phones require.
• Because every letter is made for one person, we cannot accept returns, but we will gladly fix any detail until it is right.
• Cancellations are possible within 12 hours of ordering.
