## What we collect

To make your letter we need the details you send through your Etsy order and Etsy messages: your name and Etsy username, the order details, and the content for the letter (names, your letter text, dates, and photos where the design uses them).

## How we use it

Only to make your letter, send you the link, answer your questions and keep the order records that tax law requires. We never use your words or photos in our listings or advertising without your written permission, and we never send marketing messages.

## Who we share it with

Etsy processes orders and payments. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the finished letter at its own private address on sealedwithclick.com. Letter pages are marked noindex and are not listed on search engines; anyone you share the link with can open it.

## How long we keep it

Your letter stays online so it can be opened again. Ask us in Etsy messages at any time and we take the letter offline and delete your photos and text within 14 days. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.

## Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Message us on Etsy to use these rights.
