# Questions, answered

## What is an animated digital letter?

It is a personal letter that opens on a phone like a small, playful moment: they break a wax seal, lift a breakfast cover or win a capsule from a claw machine, and then your words are written onto the page in ink. Each design ends with its own surprise.

## How do I order?

Choose a design and order it on our Etsy shop. After ordering, send us the names, your letter and any photos in Etsy messages.

## How long does delivery take?

Within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your details, we send a private link in Etsy messages. Nothing is shipped.

## What does the person receive?

A private link they open on any phone, tablet or computer. There is no app to install and no account to create, and the link stays online so they can open it again.

## Can I see it before I buy?

Yes. Every design has a live demo you can open right now, exactly as your person will see it, with demo names and words.

## Is my letter private?

Each letter lives at its own private address that is not listed on search engines. Only the people you share the link with can open it.

## Can my letter be in another language?

Yes. Your letter can be in any language you like. Write to us in your language and your letter stays in it.
